I realized that he is the father of Vladimir Lossky, the author of “the mystical Theology of the eastern church”.
Yes, I noticed that as well!
I believe he attained some foundation in spiritual scientific ideas since he referenced Steiner's work once or twice. But since he was active around the Bolshevik revolution in Russia, it was frowned upon (to say the least) to discuss esoteric matters very openly.

In addition to that, or perhaps as a substitute, I have been working through Lossky's other book, The World as Organic Whole, and find it even more impressive.
Good to know there are additional testimonies that the beginning of the past century was really the time for these impulses to start to emerge in the open. One hundred years later, let's just try and believe it's not too late to trustingly and vigorously work for all this not to be vain and lost, so that beyond the books, workshops and presentations, the science of the spirit can begin to become a dutiful practice for many more people around the world.

Did you read the book of Vladimir Lossky?
If so what’s your opinion on his writing ?
