The scientific fact is, as you can see above, that based on Dr. Sarfatti's gravitational PQM technology, the Lawrence Livermore Nuclear Weapons Laboratory filed a patent for their Warp Fusion Reactor in 2023. In asking the question "how to be spiritual" you are already being spiritual. But there are many answers to that question, some of which are discussed and debated on this forum, and I'm afraid it is up to you to answer that question for yourself. My recommendation is that you read: about Buddhism, Christianity, Wicca, and whatever other of those answers that may cross your path.
